1. Do you travel for bridal makeup and destination weddings in India and abroad?
Yes. Makeup By Parul specialises in on-location bridal makeup and destination wedding makeup and travels across India and internationally. For destination weddings, Parul can travel with a professional team that may include makeup artists, hairstylists, drapists and stylists, depending on the number of services required, the size of the bridal party and the client's budget.
Whether your wedding is in Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, Mumbai or another destination in India, or at an international wedding destination, the team can provide professional bridal beauty services at your hotel, home, wedding venue or other agreed location.
2. Do you offer destination wedding makeup services?
Yes. Destination wedding makeup is a key part of our on-location services. We provide bridal makeup, hairstyling and draping for destination weddings, as well as makeup and styling for bridesmaids, family members and wedding guests.
For multi-day destination weddings, services can be planned around different functions such as the engagement, mehendi, haldi, sangeet, wedding ceremony and reception.
3. Are travel, accommodation and meals included in the bridal makeup package?
No. For destination weddings, travel, accommodation and meals are generally arranged or paid for separately by the client. These expenses are not included in the bridal makeup package. Travel requirements and associated costs can be discussed when confirming the destination wedding booking.
4. What is the booking advance for bridal makeup?
A 30% to 50% advance payment is required to reserve and confirm your wedding date.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the booking when the artist and team arrive at the agreed venue. The wedding date is considered confirmed once the required advance payment has been received.
5. Is the bridal makeup booking advance refundable if I cancel my booking?
If the booking is cancelled by the client, the booking amount or advance paid is non-refundable because the date has been reserved exclusively for the client. If a booking is cancelled by Makeup By Parul, the amount paid by the client will be refunded in full. Clients are advised to review the cancellation terms before confirming their booking.
6. How far in advance should I book a bridal makeup artist?
We recommend booking your bridal makeup artist at least 3 to 4 months before your wedding date. For weddings taking place during the peak wedding season, popular dates can be booked much earlier. Destination weddings should also ideally be booked in advance so that travel, accommodation and the required makeup and styling team can be coordinated properly.
If you already know your wedding date and venue, we recommend enquiring as early as possible to check availability.
7. How long does bridal makeup take?
A complete bridal makeover generally takes approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on the services selected and the complexity of the final look.
A typical bridal makeover may include:

- Saree or outfit draping
- Final detailing and touch-ups
We recommend allowing sufficient preparation time before the ceremony so that the bridal look can be completed comfortably without rushing.

Depending on the outfit and wedding ceremony, the team can assist with saree draping, bridal dupatta setting and other traditional bridal styling requirements.

No. Makeup By Parul is a freelance makeup artist specialising in on-location bridal makeup rather than a traditional walk-in studio.
This means the artist travels to your home, hotel, wedding venue or other agreed location.

13. Do you offer bridal makeup trials?
